How do I make a booking?

The easiest way to book is via our Online Booking System. Alternatively, you can give us a call us on 07487553078 or email us at info@bonkerzzzbouncycastles.co.uk and we would be happy to help you secure your booking.

How much in advance do i need to book?

To avoid disappointment, please book as soon as possible to secure your booking on your selected day and times. Organising a party last minute? Give us a call on 07487553078 and we will try our best to help you.

How do i pay?

It is Cash on Delivery, therefore no upfront deposit or payment required. Payment to be made in Cash to our Delivery Team on the day of booking.

What is included in the Price?

The price includes Delivery, Full Set Up, Cleaning and Collection. All the customer needs to do is complete their booking - we will do the rest.

Does the price vary based on number of hours booked?

The price remains the same regardless of the number of hours booked as the equipment is still booked out for the day and our service requirements remain the same.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes. We have Public Liability Insurance of £5 Million to cover our inflatables. A copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.

What are your hours for Delivery and Collection?

We aim to schedule our delivery times between 7am - 1pm (Approx). Our collection times start from 4pm up until 7pm (Approx). If a castle is requested past 7pm, there may be an additional charge, especially during the busy summer period. We offer a standard 6 hours hire per day, however we are reasonably flexible with hours if required/requested.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free Delivery within a 10 Miles radius. Anything over 10 miles, there will be a delivery charge depending on the distance of your location. If you are unsure regarding a delivery charge, please give us a call us on 07487553078.

How long does it take to complete Set Up?

Full set up and cleaning takes approximately 15 - 20 minutes depending on accessibility. You will be given a copy of our Terms and Conditions to read and sign to ensure you are aware of your responsibilities on the day.

What if i have no side access or back gate to my garden?

No Problem! Most of our castles can fit through a house, however we will not take any responsibility for any dirt or damage caused by transporting the castle on a sack barrow through the house.

How many children are allowed on the Castle at one time?

This will vary depending on the size of the castle and the age group of the children. Please double check the size and suitability of a castle before booking.

What happens if something goes wrong or a problem arises during hire?

In the event that something should go wrong, or if you have any doubt, please contact us immediately on 07487553078 and we will assist you. If required, we will arrive to your location to resolve the problem.

Can the inflatable be used indoors?

Yes. Majority of our castles can be set up indoors depending on the venue size and ceiling height. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the venue is big enough to accommodate the castle. please check the size tab on our castles before securing booking.

My event is in a field & has no electric supply - can you still supply a bouncy castle?

Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to set up equipment in a field with no electric supply. We will require access to power in order for us to complete set up. We do have long extension leads to accommodate set up in large gardens.

What if it is predicted to rain on the day?

Most of our inflatables come with a shower cover, therefore a light shower will not result in cancellation. In the event of predicted heavy/torrential rain, we will assess the weather conditions in the morning and contact you as early as we can if we need to cancel the booking. This is due to Health and Safety reasons, therefore a cancellation fee will not be charged. If weather condition worsens throughout the course of the day, we will contact you if collection need to be made earlier.

How much notice do I need to give for Cancellation?

We require a minimum 48 hours' notice for any cancellation. You can cancel your booking by calling us on 07487553078 or emailing us at info@bonkerzzzbouncycastles.co.uk. If 48 hours' notice is not provided, full payment of the booking will be required. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking so we can offer the slot to another customer.
